How can I check for availability?

Under the Packages tab, pick your package, click book now and a calendar will populate with the date and times available. You can book right through our website.

I'm not sure how many children I should book for?

Final number isn’t due until the actual week of the party. If you book for 8 which is the minimum, you can add numbers to this a week prior to the party date.

Do I need to stay at the party?

No, your child will be fully supervised by our staff.

What is the best age group?

We would say 5-12 thoroughly enjoy the parties  

Can parents hang around during the party?

We ask that only the parents of the birthday child stay due to limited space inside our party venue, we ask parents to drop off their child and return to pick them up just before the party ends

​When do I need to give the final number of attendees for my child's party?

Final numbers are due 7 days prior to the party. We will email you the week of the party asking for the numbers and if there will be any children with special dietary requirements. Balance of payment will be sent to you once you have informed of us of these details

How early should I arrive?

Because we hold back to back parties with limited clean up and resetting, we can not let anyone in until about 5 minutes prior to the start of the party.

What if I am late?

We give a 10 minute grace period. Anything after the grace period, we will eliminate activities based on time.

Is there parking?

Yes! We have ample parking across the street lot and the side of the building.
